So was attentive to what we were looking for and very helpful finding just the right place for us. When the buyer of our Condo was being quite difficult, Tammy Roupas-Locher was always right there to help. When we were being pressured to be out of our Condo before the closing date Tammy helped us find movers to help and she even pitched in herself . She also helped at the last minute secure someone to clean the Condo knowing that we had spent a number of sleepless nights trying to get out. We would recommend Tammy Roupas-Locher to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. She was awesome to work with.

"Tammy was the key in my endeavor of purchasing a place in DC. My criteria had not been the easiest ones to meet- nice location, charming, warm, quiet, with specific window orientation and more..all that under 180K for a out-towner buyer from SE Va. Tammy loved these challenges and took me on and started sending me information right away. Boy, did I find somebody I can trust. In the process Tammy was very cautious and meticulous doing all research on potential properties that I was interested in. As a out-of-town buyer, these are extremely important help. It truly felt I had Tammy was working FOR me and representing my best interest. I love my place we found together now and I think it is the best place in DC, not matter how modest it is! I can't wait to work with Tammy again on our next project."
